Trying Out Some Japanese Miso Paste

I was sent out some Japanese organic miso paste. I had never heard of this before and was unsure what to do with it. The main thing you can make with this is miso soup, but a didn't really like the sound of that as it is very watery. I thought I would add some to some noodles instead.

The miso paste is made with and has a horrible smell like cat meat.

After adding it to the noodles I didn't like the taste of it, so i added a bit of soy sauce and some sweet chilli sauce. I liked the  bits that had a lot of the sweet chilli sauce on but I still didn't like the miso paste. I like to try new products but unfortunately this isn't one that I would buy again.

The Yutaka Organic Miso Paste is available in Sainsbury’s priced at £2.99

I was sent out some miso paste in return for this post. All opinions are mine
