My name is Jerri. I'm a wife and cat mommy, and I enjoy cooking, crafts, home decor, and anything creative.  I started Simply Sweet Home in 2007. As a newlywed, I found myself surfing the web to find new recipes and housekeeping tips. At this same time I discovered blogging, and since I've always loved writing and website building, I decided to start my own blog where I would share ideas on how to make your home a "simply sweet" home.

If you follow Simply Sweet Home, you can expect to see weekly recipes, weekly giveaways, and a fun linky party each Friday called Friday Favorites, where over a hundred ladies link up their projects. And you'll also find crafts, decor, and fun seasonal/holiday ideas.
