The Easy Peasy Way to Peel Garlic


There are quite a few ways to peel garlic. Take this nifty gadget where you roll the garlic cloves out of their paper like wrappers



But why waste money on these gadgets when you don't really need them.
Try doing what I do. Simply cut off both ends of the garlic clove and the paper thing will just slide off!



Easy and simple! Just the way I like it.

Another way to do it is crush the clove with the side of a knife. Easy.
